Ingrid Tourigny, MA,CSP,DAc, certified Chopra Meditation Instructor, will be conducting a BEGIINERS MEDITATION SEMINAR over the course of 4 sessions. This program is for people who have never meditated before or are beginners that are having difficulty. If you are looking for learning easy comfortable ways to meditate in an enjoyable relaxed atmosphere, this program is for you.
Ingrid is a certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor. Learn to meditate (group or private classes available).
Meditation is a tool for the re-discovery of the body's own inner intelligence. Practiced for thousands of years, it's not about forcing the mind to be quiet, it's finding the silence that's already there and making it a part of your life. In Ingrid's seminars the will teach what meditation is and what it is not; the difference between different styles of meditation; the difference between visualization and meditation; and why we meditate. Ingrid has taught this to hundreds of people in the last 6 years from ages 12 to 90, from every walk of life (fishermen, carpenters,farmers, students, office workers, teachers and musicians to name a few). Ingrid is about teaching practical and simple and relevant ways to meditate and basically makes meditation accessible to anyone.
